Services

Service Information:

At Crescent City Cat Club visiting center, we provide an interim loving home and environment conducive to socializing cats and kittens – preparing them to both give and receive love and finding them loving homes. In fact, every cent of every dollar donated to us goes directly to the caring for our cats and kittens. As an all-volunteer organization, no money is spent on salaries or contractors, unlike so many other charitable organizations.

Why Adopt from Crescent City Cat Club? WIN-WIN

By adopting a feline from Crescent City Cat Club, you save a life by making more room for us to accept another cat.

In addition, you are adopting a cat/kitten that has been spayed or neutered; treated for internal and external parasites; micro-chipped; and is or will be fully vaccinated as part of the adoption fee. Each cat/kitten is also tested for FIV/FeLV.

You can view our adoptable cats by clicking on our Adopt menu. If you see one that you think might be just the one for you, stop by, visit and get to know him or her. Our staff is here to help you find just the perfect match.

We reserve the right to refuse any adoption if, in our opinion, the best interest of the animal would not be served.

Adoption Process:
We try to make the adoption process as easy as possible, however it is our goal to find these animals forever homes ~ so, you are asked to complete a brief adopter questionnaire prior to adoption.

Because Crescent City Cat Club’s commitment to all cats entrusted to us is to make sure they remain out of harm’s way, we recommend that you keep your new feline indoors.

Also, Crescent City Cat Club is committed to reducing cat overpopulation through spaying and neutering. Therefore, no cats will be adopted from the shelter until they have been spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fees are as follows:
Kittens up to the age of 6 months, $75.
Adults age 6 months to age 7, $65.
Seniors over the age of 7, $50. Pure Bred Cats* (any age), $150 or more.

Return Policy:
While we strive to make matches that last the cat’s lifetime, we recognize that there may come a time when someone feels they must return an adopted cat.  No adoption is ever final.
